These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Jyvezei platform, including all features, content, quizzes, assessments, and services made available through jyvezei.com. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

5.1 Ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal educational purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any content or features of the platform.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to the platform, including responses, feedback, or messages, you grant Jyvezei a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of content you submit.

Nothing on the platform constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Quiz and assessment results generated by the platform are intended solely for educational and self-evaluation purposes. Results do not constitute professional qualifications, certifications, or credentials unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove quiz content at any time without prior notice.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

8.1 Fees

Certain features or content may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.

8.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy, which is available upon request. We are not obligated to provide refunds for digital content that has already been accessed or consumed.

8.3 Subscription Cancellation

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
