Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: 30 May 2025
Jyvezei is committed to maintaining a communication environment that is respectful, relevant, and free from unsolicited or deceptive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy sets out the standards we apply to all electronic communications sent through or in connection with our platform, and the expectations we place on users who communicate via our services.
1. Scope and Application
This policy applies to all electronic messages sent through Jyvezei's platform, including but not limited to email notifications, system-generated messages, user-to-user communications, and any promotional or transactional correspondence initiated by Jyvezei or its users. It applies to all individuals and organisations who access or use our services, regardless of their location.
2. Our Commitment Against Spam
Jyvezei does not send unsolicited bulk communications. All marketing and promotional messages we send are based on a legitimate relationship with the recipient or explicit prior consent. We maintain internal records of consent and provide clear, functional mechanisms to withdraw that consent at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share user contact information with third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
3. Consent and Opt-In
Before sending any non-essential communication, we ensure that one of the following conditions is met:
- The recipient has explicitly opted in to receive communications of that type
- A prior service relationship exists that makes the communication reasonably expected
- The communication is required to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation
Consent obtained through our platform is specific, informed, and freely given. We do not use pre-ticked boxes, bundled consent, or misleading opt-in language.
4. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Rights
Every marketing or promotional communication sent by Jyvezei includes a clearly visible and functional mechanism to unsubscribe or opt out. Opt-out requests are processed promptly, and recipients will not receive further non-essential communications of the same category once their request has been honoured.
Users may also manage their communication preferences directly through their account settings at any time.
5. Prohibited Conduct by Users
Users of the Jyvezei platform are prohibited from using our services to send or facilitate any of the following:
- Unsolicited bulk messages or commercial communications
- Messages sent to harvested, purchased, or scraped contact lists
- Communications with false, misleading, or disguised sender information
- Messages with deceptive subject lines or content designed to mislead recipients
- Phishing attempts, fraudulent solicitations, or malicious content
- Repeated unsolicited contact with individuals who have not requested it
- Any communication that violates the terms of service of any third-party messaging provider
6. Message Authenticity and Identification
6.1 Sender Identification
All communications sent by or through Jyvezei accurately identify the sender. We do not use anonymous, forged, or misleading sender addresses. Our domain and sending infrastructure are configured to support standard email authentication protocols to protect recipients and maintain deliverability integrity.
6.2 Subject Line Accuracy
Subject lines and message previews in our communications accurately reflect the content of the message. We do not use clickbait, false urgency, or deceptive phrasing to encourage opens or engagement.
7. Third-Party Senders and Integrations
Where Jyvezei integrates with or relies on third-party communication services, we apply equivalent anti-spam standards to those relationships. We require that any third-party provider used for message delivery operates in accordance with applicable best practices and does not engage in the distribution of unsolicited communications on our behalf.
8. Reporting Suspected Spam
If you believe you have received a communication that violates this policy, or if you suspect our platform is being used to send spam, we encourage you to report it. You may contact us using the details below. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

- Issue a formal warning to the user or account holder
- Temporarily suspend or restrict access to messaging features
- Permanently terminate the account responsible for the violation
- Report the conduct to relevant authorities or affected third parties where appropriate
We cooperate with legitimate requests from service providers, platform operators, and regulatory bodies in connection with anti-spam enforcement.
10. Changes to This Policy
